The 1888 Palmer Farm is a huge old place and badly in need of a new roof. Fairview Roofing took the challenge in May to re-roof the place but, with all the rain this Spring, didn't make it here until the end of July. But once they got here they moved through the job in a total of four days. First staging up on July 28, starting at noon. West roof off and re-roofed on July 31, East roof. rear, off & replaced August 1, front roof off & replaced August 2 and on August 3 roofers came back for a half day to remove staging and they were gone! Total cost: 17,000.
